Returns and Refunds
We want you to be happy with your order. If you are not satisfied, please contact us at lunervastore@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your item.
Return eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Please include your order number when contacting us.
Personalized items
Personalized items, including engraved products or items made with a custom message, cannot be returned or refunded unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and offer a replacement, refund, or other reasonable solution.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a damaged/defective item.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow your bank or payment provider time to process the refund.
